This morning I headed to the beach in town with Lenny, Annika and Liz. I was in a deep sleep when I was awoken up by a sudden strong wind and no sooner did I stand up, it started to rain. The girls and I scurried for shelter back in town and after waiting out the worst of it we headed back to the hostel and had some lunch. Then Kevin, Kristen and I went surfing at little cove in the afternoon while it was small, I was fortunate enough to catch a few waves that lined up nicely for me. For dinner I made my first Kangaroo steaks and it was amazing, I highly recommend it. I will be starting my own Kangaroo farm when I get home in order to share the delicious, 98% fat free and environmentally friendly Kangaroo. Anyone interest in investing in the venture let me know. I will be heading to the Australian Zoo tomorrow, home of the late Steve Irwin and will finally get to meet the animal my taste buds enjoy so much.
